Remark Software Support Policy

With every software purchase you will receive 30 days of free technical support. The 30 days starts from the date of purchase, which is defined as the date the software is shipped to you. At the time of purchase, the fee for one year of support services is approximately 20% of the product’s list price. Your year starts on the 31st day after purchase. When you subscribe to support services any time after purchase, the fee is roughly 25% of list price. Support may be renewed on an annual basis. If you purchase multiple copies of software, support must be purchased for all copies.
